Bhoonjawala is a sole proprietorship operated by Rahul Kumar, registered in Bihar, India. We sell heritage sand-roasted snacks — including roasted chana, peanut, cornflakes, and riceflakes — crafted by women artisans in Siwan, Bihar.

By using this website you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

• •All our products are food items. Ingredient lists and allergen information are displayed on each product page. Please review them carefully before ordering.
• •Product images are representative. Actual colour, texture, and packaging may vary slightly due to the hand-crafted nature of our products.
• •We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
• •All weights and quantities stated are approximate. Minor variations (±5%) are inherent to artisanal production.

• •An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email from us.
• •We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• •Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• •We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or an error in pricing. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
• •COD orders are subject to availability based on your delivery pincode.
• •Discount codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied retrospectively.

• •We ship across India via our logistics partners (Delhivery One and affiliated couriers).
• •Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• •Delivery to remote or hilly areas may take longer.
• •You will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched.
• •We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• •If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After 2–3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us (RTO). In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.

• •Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bhoonjawala.com with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
• •Quality issues: If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of our product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We assess such requests on a case-by-case basis.
• •Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind on food products, as we cannot guarantee the safety of returned consumables.
• •Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• •COD orders: Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or UPI. Please provide your account details when raising the refund request.

• •You may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched.
• •To cancel, contact us at info@bhoonjawala.com with your order number.
• •Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may instead follow the return process in Section 6.
• •We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors or stock issues. A full refund will be issued.

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• •Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• •Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its backend systems.
• •Place fraudulent orders or provide false information.
• •Use automated bots, scrapers, or data extraction tools without prior written consent.
• •Resell our products without written authorisation from us.
• •Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content via our support channels.

All content on this website — including our brand name, logo, product names, photographs, recipes, and written copy — is the property of Bhoonjawala and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhoonjawala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

We make no warranty that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss of data or access resulting from technical failures.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Siwan, Bihar, India.

We encourage you to contact us first at info@bhoonjawala.com to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing legal action.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the relevant State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
