Clay & River Sand
Deep in rural Siwan, our journey begins. We roast whole heritage chickpeas, robust peanuts, and native puffed rice in heavy cast-iron kadhais filled with hot river sand. No industrial fryers, no seed oils, no shortcuts. Just pure, ancient wood-fired heat unchanged since 1968.
No Oil.
No Lies.
We believe the heat of the sand is enough. The result? A crunch so clean and crispy, you'll wonder why you ever ate anything else.
Artisan
Powered.
Our roasting units are run by women artisans — families who have passed this technique from grandmother to granddaughter, batch after batch.
Real
Grits.
If your grandmother wouldn't recognise it as food, it doesn't go in. Just puffed rice, chana, and peanuts — unchanged for generations.
The Sizzle
Of Ancient
Knowledge.
Cast Iron Heroes
Heavy cast iron that holds heat long enough to roast every grain to the same golden crunch.
Lava Sand
River sand heated to 200°C — surrounding each grain with even, penetrating heat that no fryer can match.
The Synergy
Puffed rice, roasted chana, and peanuts — added in a sequence perfected over decades.
Sifted Perfection
Hand-sifted to separate the sand, leaving only toasted, golden, ready-to-eat perfection.
