Tea-Time Classic
The Ultimate "Diet" Chivda Mix
The classic tea-time snack — just marry the flavours with a tempered spice oil. Since everything is already roasted, it comes together in minutes.

- 1Heat 1 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, slit green chilies, and a pinch of hing until curry leaves are crisp.
- 2Lower the heat and add turmeric and red chili powder.
- 3Toss in equal parts of all four roasted ingredients immediately.
- 4Stir constantly for 3–5 minutes until evenly coated and aromatic.
- 5Cool completely and store in an airtight jar.
